Delivery speed depends on the destination. Delivery will be dispatched from our warehouse within the next working day of placing the order, without extraordinary circumstances.

You can track the journey of your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. If you think something is wrong, please do not hesitate to contact us. So we can immediately report it to the relevant team.
We currently offer free returns for up to 30 days in the UK. For returns, please log in to your account and create a return request from the order page. Shortly after we receive your return request, we will confirm your request and send you a shipping label. Please check the additional information on the product page before requesting a return.
It is not possible to make changes to a concluded order or to incorporate several orders in one single consignment.
Returns can take up to 7 days to process once we have received it.

Pegia products are produced with natural sheepskin that will keep you warm and cosy in cold weather. However, sheepskin products are not guaranteed to be completely waterproof.
When you first use sheepskin products, you might think you have a size problem. Due to its natural structure, sheepskin products should be tried for a certain period to adapt to your feet. As a result of this usage, natural sheepskins will take the exact shape of your foot. Please check the size guide for the correct fit.
